It is with saddened hearts, the family announces the passing of Antonietta, in her 98th year, on May 23, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Domenico. Loving and caring mother of Rose-Marie and husband Tom Charron. Dearest grandmother (Nonna) of Michael (Jennifer), Teresa (Tyler), and Christopher. Adoring and doting great-grandmother of Ashley, Brianna, Grace and Lily. Dearest sister of the late Lucia (Domenico D’Avella), Maria (Joseph Carubba), Carmela (Raffaele DeCesare), lncoronata (Antonio Romano), Teodora (Antonio Falcone), and sister-in-law of the late Filippo D’Avanzo (Anna) of Silver Spring, Maryland and the late Antonietta (Filippo D’Avella). Antonietta was a devoted wife and mother who dedicated her entire life to those she loved. She will be missed by those that knew her best for her warmth, her generosity and thoughtfulness. A heartfelt thank you to the Nurses and PSW’s at Allendale Long Term Facility for the comfort, care and compassion they offered Antonietta. To honour her wishes, a private service will be held at the Mausoleum of the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Burlington where her remains will be laid to rest beside her husband Domenico.
