In her 93rd year, passed away at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie, Ontario with loving family by her side on Wednesday, May 22, 2019. Arline has been reunited with her beloved late husband Robert McColgan and her son Robert (Bobby) Edward McColgan. Sadly missed by her loving daughter Debra Bowler. Adored grandmother to Sherry Healy, Kevin (Jeana) McColgan and Eyvonne Bowler (Samuel Heine). Proud great-grandmother and great-great grandmother. Also survived by her brothers Gordon (the late Jean) Osborne and Richard Osborne as well as her sister Linda (Randy) Kocher. Predeceased by her brothers Edward (Bud) Osborne, Victor Osborne and Ronald Osborne. Arline will be forever remembered by her sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent St., Barrie (just north of Cundles Rd.) on Sunday May 26, 2019 at 2 o’clock with visitation from 1 p.m. Interment Barrie Union Cemetery.
