On May 4, 2019 Mr. Elie Brertton of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 84 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Mary; 3 sons & 4 daughters, James, Andy (Melissa), Tammy, Candace (Orville), Edward (Caitlin), Sammy (Nick) & Lindsay; 10 grandchildren, Reeve, Ellie-Anne, Silas, Sissy, Kimis, Keva, Hudson, River, Leighton & Aiden; sister, Eva Houle; numerous nieces & nephews. Mr. Brertton was predeceased by his son, Cameron; daughter, Pricilla, parents, John & Caroline Brertton; 3 brothers, Eddy, William & Irvin. A Wake will be held on Tuesday (leaving Grace Gardens at 4:00 p.m.) & Wednesday, May 7 & 8 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 9 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
