It is with great sadness and profound regret that I must announce the passing of my dear friend, lover and soulmate, William John Lloyd III, but you probably called him, Willy. He arrived on this planet in Victoria, B.C. September 27th, 1960 and he departed, without any forewarning, in his home in Trinity Valley, in the North Okanagan BC. His spirit passed over very peacefully, at rest, in the early morning hours of April 1st, 2019… no fooling! His heart fulfilled. Words do no justice to this amazing soul. Willy loved and lived the great outdoors, boating, the oceans, the rivers and he truly loved his flowers. He so held his friends and relationships in the highest regard. Always there, always willing, always reaching out with a helping hand, a kind heart and a desire to do what is right. That’s our Will. That’s his legacy. He is survived by his life’s partner, Tammy Porisky, ‘his kids” the River Rats, Ryan Bacchus and Mike Di Nardo, and by his many true friends that hold his heart and memories so close and dear, his sisters, Judy Lloyd and Sharon Germain (Jeff) and niece Darah Dewis. He is predeceased by his parents, Ruth (Graham) and Edgar Lloyd, and what a happy reunion for you all, he loved and cherished you. A service of remembrance and a Celebration of his amazing life will be held during the long weekend of September, at the property that he called home, tamTERRA. Connect through social media for details please. The outpouring of condolences and expressions of sympathies have been so incredible, he touched so many, so profoundly. Please just say a prayer, send a wish, plant a tree or give a flower to a loved one, then just smile and remember. He will live on in these simple gestures of kindness and love. Our time together was cut off way too soon. But…the moments, days, months and years are forever etched in our hearts. Your kindness and compassion, your courage and passion lives on in me, in us. Always and forever…
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of William Willy John Lloyd April 1st 2019..
