Life Story for
Walter Zachara
ZACHARA, Walter- Walter Zachara passed peacefully in his sleep at 60 years of age, surrounded by loved ones. Wally was a kind man full of unconditional love for his family. He worked hard his entire life and shared love that was truly nonjudgmental. The love he spread in his lifetime will be remembered for many more. Walter will be missed deeply by his family, especially his devoted wife of 35 years Theresa Zachara. Pre-deceased by his father Marjan Zachara, mother Janina, and step-father Gene Krzemien. His love will be cherished forever by his beautiful daughters Evelyn (Troy Sager) and Elizabeth and his honourable son Johnny. His love will live on in his beloved grandkids Claudia and Aiden. Remembered by his sisters Evelyn (Dino Milan) and Diane (Jashu Kaczanowski) and their children Jan, David, Robert, Sandra and his goddaughter Claudia, as well as his sisters in law Maureen (the late Jim Draper), Kathleen (David Tuckey) Eileen and the late Anne Black. He will be missed by his nieces Sarah (Dean Beaudouin), Mairghread, Shannon and nephew Brennan. He will always hold a special place in all our hearts and may he ride out into the sunset in eternal peace.
Cremation has taken place. Wally’s family will receive friends at Morse & Son Funeral Home, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls on Tuesday, April 16th from 6-8 pm. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Walker Family Cancer Centre.
