At the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, on Monday, March 18, 2019, Sam Clunas of Tillsonburg, passed away at the age of 53 years. Beloved father of his two sons Shane Clunas and Dustin Churcher. Cherished grandpa of Tiernan and Amielia Clunas. Dear brother of John Clunas and Karen Leach . Sam will also be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Ray and Loretta (Durdle) Clunas and brothers Mike and Steven. In keeping with Sam’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends and relatives are invited to share memories of Sam at a Celebration of Life on Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221). Memorial donations in memory of Sam to Children’s Health Foundation (formerly Sick Kid’s Hospital, London) or Ronald McDonald House would be appreciated by his family.
