Randolph “Rand” Murray Gorman
February 19, 1935 – April 18, 2019
The passing of Randolph “Rand” Murray Gorman of Fredericton, NB, husband of Donna (Perkins) Gorman occurred on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on February 19, 1935 in Cardigan, NB, he was the son of the late Robert and Lillian (Evans) Gorman. Rand was a truck driver for Imperial Oil. He loved to spend time at his family home in Cardigan and his daily trips to Tim Horton’s. Rand was affiliated with Nashwaaksis United Church.

In addition to his wife, Rand is survived by his daughter, Jane Gorman-Murdoch (Robert) of Fredericton, NB; brother, Jack Gorman of Fredericton, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Rand was predeceased by his sons, Troy and Jason Gorman; sisters, Beatrice Pineo, Ellen Hossack, Bessie Dorcas, Gladys Painter, Faye Pineo and Lois Gorman; brothers, Thomas and Dave Gorman; sister-in-law, Fannie Gorman.

A Private Family Graveside Service will take place in Douglas Rural Cemetery, Fredericton, NB, at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Fredericton Hospice or to the Fredericton SPCA. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
