MATTHEW DIEGEL
Matt Diegel, 34, of RR5, Mitchell went to be with his Lord and Saviour on Friday, April 5, 2019. He passed away at Stratford General Hospital surrounded by his family.
Beloved son of Dennis and Linda Diegel. Dear brother of Dan Diegel (Sharra) and James Diegel (Theresa). Loving uncle of Logan, Summer, Quinnly, Isaac and Declan. Cherished grandson of Marie Shean and Jim Spivey. Long time friend and soulmate of Kassi Nethery. He will be missed by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
Matt worked for a number of years at Tim Horton’s in Mitchell and will be missed by his former co-workers and friends.
Predeceased by his grandmother Aldeen Spivey and grandfathers Doug Shean and Walter Diegel.
Private funeral arrangements entrusted to the Lockhart Funeral Home.

  1. My heart is saddened by the news of Matt’s passing. I remember Matt from MDHS and he still makes me smile just thinking about him. Matt was a kind, fun and positive person. My thoughts are with Matt’s family and friends. Please accept my condolences. ❤️
