Surrounded by family she passed unexpectedly at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie on Sunday April 21, 2019 at 61 years young. Lorraine, loving companion to Ken Esch, will be sadly missed by her children Valerie (Mike) Shapero, Katherine Langdon, and Rachel Langdon (James), and by her grandchildren Sadie, Colin, and Henry. Lorraine is predeceased by her son Victor Langdon. Lorraine was a caring grandmother to her grand-dogs Odie, Scarlet, Daisy, and Mister, and was a dedicated nurturer of animals. The family will receive relatives and friends to celebrate Lorraine’s life at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595 on Sunday April 28, 2019 from 2 – 5 p.m. with speeches at 3:30. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the OSPCA – Orillia Branch or Barrie Branch and would be appreciated by the family.
