Obituary of Lloyd Douglas Ruffett
RUFFETT, Lloyd Douglas peacefully with family by his side at Gateway Haven Nursing Home, Wiarton Friday afternoon April 5, 2019. Lloyd Ruffett of Wiarton in his 99th year. Loved husband of the late Evelyn Ruffett (pre 1992) and dear friend of Reta Burrows. Cherished father of Karen Roberts and her husband Wayne of Richards Landing and Jim Ruffett of Sault Ste. Marie. Dear grandfather of Brian (Kelli) Ruffett, Chad (Heather) Ruffett and Brett Roberts and great grandfather of 5. Missed by sister Betty Squibb and her husband Harry of Churchill. Predeceased by son Steven (pre 1989), granddaughter Barbara Roberts (pre 2013), brothers Harold, Jack, Charles and Gordon and sister Winnifred. The funeral service will be conducted from the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Friday April 12th starting with a Royal Canadian Legion Branch 208 Service at 1:00 p.m. immediately followed by the funeral service Interment Bayview Cemetery, Wiarton.
