Obituary of Joseph-Arthur Donat Dupuis
September 12, 1940 – April 6, 2019
After a brief battle with cancer, it is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph-Arthur Dupuis in the early hours of April 6, 2019, at the QE11 Hospital in Grande Prairie. He was 78.
Art is survived by his children; Lionel (Cindy) and Nicole (Brad), grandchildren; Aaron, Sarah, Kamryn, and Chloe and his brother Jean-Guy.
He was predeceased by his parents Wilfrid and Marie-Louise, his sisters Alida and Therese and his brothers Gerard, Ulysse, Aime, Rene, Roger and Theodore.
Art had a strong devotion to Ste. Anne who guided him through an extraordinarily fulfilling life, such as mentoring and teaching young minds for 23 years. In his later years, Art decided to relocate to Alberta in order to be closer to his children and grandchildren.
Family and friends will be notified of a family gathering in St. Jean-Baptiste at a later date.
