Gallagher; John Douglas “Doug” – A free spirit, a man who lived his life the way he wanted, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 in his 58th year. Son of the late James and Helen Gallagher. Proud father of Eric (Ashley) and Tasha Gallagher. Beloved brother of Flo (Late Bud) Stewart, Jeanette (Robert) Whitfield, Gloria (Dave) Allan, Robert (Marilyn) Gallagher, David (Kim) Gallagher and Darin Brooks. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews and friends. Thanks to all friends, co-workers and family for visits and phone calls during Doug’s battle with cancer. Also thank you to Dr. Chris Sosnowski, Valerie Cooper, and the nurses and support workers. Aquamation has taken place. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at South Fredericksburg Hall from 1 – 5 pm. Arrangements entrusted to the Wartman Funeral Home – Napanee Chapel.
