It is with great sadness we regret to announce the passing of John (Jack) Anthony Beaton, age 65,on March 28, 2019 in the An Cala Palliative Care Unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Born in New Waterford he was the son of the late James and Vincetine (MacEachern) Beaton. Jack was a coal miner for 23 years and served as a board member of the UMWA.
