Obituary for
James Taylor
With great sadness the family of James Taylor announce his passing on Sunday, April 14, 2019. Jim passed away peacefully at the age of 98 years.
Jim is survived by his children, Bob (Les), Marilyn Shumate (Murray) and Dave (Heather); six grandchildren, Brad (Christy), Steve, Jay, Christopher (Jasmine), Kevin and Lisa (Travis); eight great-grandchildren, Isabella, Preston, Jayce, Makaylah, Tristen, Celeste, Maddox and Jayla; and sister, Bert Robinson. Predeceased by his wife, Joanne; his parents; and his brothers and sisters.
A special THANKS to the Kipnes Centre for Veterans and to the Royal Alexandra Hospital for their care and compassion.
Jim will be missed dearly by all family and friends. He was a feisty man with a great heart.
The family will be having a private Celebration at a later date. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to VETs Canada, www.vetscanada.org/donate.
