1944-2019
MUNDLEVILLE, NB – Fred Beers 74, of Mundleville
passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University
Hospital Center in Moncton on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. Born
in Ford Bank, he was the son of the late Stanley Beers and late
Mildred (Reed) Beers. Before retiring, Fred was employed as
a heavy equipment mechanic and an owner/operator. He was a
volunteer firefighter.
Fred will be sadly missed by his wife, Janet (Spahn) Beers of
Mundleville; two daughters, Anne-Marie Levie (Elliott) of New York,
Stacie Smith of Maine; one son, Terry Beers of New Hampshire; six
grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
He is also survived by four brothers, Richard Beers (Joan),
Gene Beers (Dawn) both of MASS, Wayne Beers (Brenda) of Ford Bank,
Lowell Beers of Targettville and many nieces and
nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two sisters,
Irene, Mable and four brothers, Terry, Albert, Louis and
Philip.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 3:00 pm,
St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Browns Yard. Interment
will be held at St. Paul’s Anglican Cemetery in Browns Yard
at a later date. Arrangements are in care of
Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
