HARMON, Frank Wayne – 70, Petite
Riviere, It is with heavy hearts that we announce Frank’s
passing on April 10, 2019 in South Shore Regional Hospital,
Bridgewater, with family by his side, after a courageous battle with
cancer. Born in Petite Riviere, he was a son of the late Ernest and
Norma (Publicover) Harmon. A loving father, grandfather, brother,
uncle and friend to many. Frank enjoyed time fishing, hunting,
gardening, and in most recent years caregiver to his wife JoAnne. A
great community support being a member of Petite Riviere Fire
Department and Wesley United Church, Petite Riviere. Frank was always
there to lend a helping hand when needed. Surviving are his wife
JoAnne, Petite Riviere; son Steven Harmon (Christine), Tantallon NS;
daughter Adrienne Hudson (Michael), Wileville; brother Donald, Middle
LaHave; sister Helen Fenton (Malcolm), Truro; grandchildren Sam and
Maddox. In keeping with Franks wishes, a graveside committal for
family will be held in Wesley United Cemetery, Petite Riviere. A
celebration of life for friends to remember with stories and tall
tales will be held 2:30-4:00pm Sunday April 14, 2019 in Wesley United
Church Hall, 22 Drews Hill Rd, Petite Riviere. In lieu of flowers,
memorial donations may be made to Wesley United Church, Petite
Riviere. We, the family, would like to thank all the doctors and
nurses at South Shore Regional Hospital. Your kindness and compassion
will never be forgotten. Arrangements are under the direction of the
