Obituary of Earl Ulbe Wynia
Wynia, Earl
On April 20th, 2019, in London, Ontario, 4 days short of his 81st birthday. Finally at peace, free from pain and harm. Beloved husband and best friend of Linda. Loving step father to Jenny (Rick) Nurton and Jodi (Chad) McWhite and much loved grandpa of their children Grant and Jenna (McWhite) and Rebecca and Sandra (Nurton). Earl had five children with his first wife Cornelia, Michael, Randy, Jerry, Monique and Tim. Earl was very fond and proud of his son Randy, a Toronto police officer, his wife Marie and their sons, Brendan and Ryan. The youngest of eight, Earl was a child in Holland during WW II. Trained as a master printer in Holland, Earl became a highly respected technical sales representative in Toronto. Earl, Linda, family and friends spent 20 happy years in Kincardine before moving to St. Thomas to help with 2 year old twin granddaughters. Earl and Linda travelled many happy miles together. Earl loved his many 4-legged pets and is sadly missed by his canine friend, Lady. Earl was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2013. Cremation has taken place and as Earl wished, there will be no service. A private scattering of ashes to take place at a later date. Linda has lost the love of her life but we will be reunited again at Rainbow Bridge.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of St. Thomas or an animal charity of your choice.
