Obituary for
Dragica Musulin
Dragica Musulin, beloved wife of Dragan, passed away on March 31, 2019 at the age of 82 years.
Dragica will be forever remembered as an amazing woman who had a knack for cooking delicious meals, being a phenomenal hostess and taking care of others. In Dragica’s presence no need was left unmet. Her absence will certainly be noticed.
Dragica is survived by her husband of 58 years, Dragan; son, Ilija (Gordana); daughter, Branka (Branko) Janjic; three grandchildren, Ilijana, Dragana, and Dragic (Djurdja); and two great-grandchildren, Katarina and Dajana. She is reunited with her parents, Ilija and Andjelija; and six sisters.
The family wishes to thank their family doctor, Dr. Pekez, and Drs. Joseph and Meza-Junco along with the rest of the caring staff of the Cross Cancer Institute, as well as the homecare providers who assisted Dragica and her family.
Prayer Service Thursday, April 4 at 8:00 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton.
Funeral Service Friday, April 5 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, 12904 – 112 Street. Very Reverend Desimir Vidovic officiating with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to Alberta Cancer Foundation, Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2 or to St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church, 12904 – 112 Street, Edmonton, AB T5E 6J1.
