DOW, Doreen Mary Rita – at the Welland Hospital on April 22, 2019 in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late Arnold Ralph Dow (2013). Loving mother of Pamela Cull (Clayton), Laurel Horton (Phil), Andrea Turl (Don) and Chris Dow. Cherished grandmother of Ashley, Eric, Amber, Jessica and Wesley. Dear sister of Eileen Robinson, Carlyn Carter, Ervin Carter and Colleen Carter. Will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews as well as her brothers and sisters at the Kingdom Hall.
