Donald Richard McNeil April 25 2019

Donald Richard McNeil, late of Weyburn, SK, passed away on April 25, 2019, at the Fillmore Health Centre, surrounded by his family, at the age of 71 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, Victor and Catherine (Kae) McNeil; sisters: Victoria (Gordon) Merryfield, Merlice (Richard) Metzger; brother-in-law Harold Bender and nephew Dr. Ken Metzger.
Donald is survived by his wife, Yvonne McNeil and children: Bradley, Melissa and Jordan; his brother, Ray (Ivy) McNeil; sister-in-law, Carol Bender; along several nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
Don was born in Regina, SK on January 17, 1948. He was a very talented musician and played in several bands over the years. He played his last dance two weeks ago for his friends in Fillmore.
The family would like to thank the staff and residents of the Fillmore Health Centre. They were like family to Don and their kindness and compassion will not be forgotten.
A Come & Go Memorial Tea will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon from the Wheatland Senior Centre, 888 First Avenue, Weyburn, SK.
For family and friends so wishing, charitable donations in memory of Donald may be made to the Fillmore Health Centre, Activity Fund, Box 246, Fillmore, SK, S0G 1N0.
