Au Centre d’hébergement Saint-Vincent de Sherbrooke, le 30 mars 2019, à l’âge de 88 ans, est décédé Dom André Saint-Cyr, moine de l’Abbaye de Saint-Benoît-du-Lac. Il était le fils de feu M. Louis-Joseph Saint-Cyr et de feu Mme Aline Lamontagne.
Il laisse dans le deuil les membres de sa communauté, ainsi que ses frères et sœurs, feu Benoît (feu Françoise Robitaille), feu René (feu Hélène Bérubé), feu Julienne (feu Jean Prémont), Michel (Réjeanne Bisson), Louise, feu Bernard (Lucille Labbé), Claire (Jean Bruneau) et Marcel, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces et leurs enfants.
La messe des funérailles aura lieu le samedi 6 avril 2019 à 11 h en l’église de l’Abbaye de Saint-Benoît-du-Lac.
