1948-2019
It is with great sadness that the family of Delphine
Schofield, of Gagetown, announces her passing on April 24, 2019. Born
on July 7, 1948 in Inverness, Cape Breton, she was the daughter of the
late Francis and Florence (Stewart) LeBlanc.
Delphine leaves behind her son, Mark Wayne Schofield;
daughters, Reni Bear (Mike), Cindy Geldart (Henri) and their father,
Paul Schofield (Cheryl); sisters, Mary Haggarty (Jack), Kay McKinnon,
Marie Sinn and Pam Humphries; brothers, Joseph LeBlanc, Mark LeBlanc;
12 grandchildren, as well as many extended family and
friends.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her
daughter, Pamela Schofield; brothers, Frank LeBlanc, George LeBlanc,
and John LeBlanc, and Grandson Dale Robert Schofield.
There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held
at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Cemetery on May 11, 2019 at 10:00 am.
For those who wish, donations in Delphine’s memory can be
made to the Orchard View Nursing Home.
