April 5, 1954 – April 2, 2019
David passed away peacefully at home in his 65th year after living a full life. Predeceased by his loving parents Norman and Clara (nee Bisaillon) Giguere. Beloved partner to wife Nicole Corbiere. Cherished step father of Brett (Aimee), Gregory and Marlys (Eric). Adored Papa David to E-V and Ottie. Loving brother to Junior (the late Pat), Larry, Mary Ann and Bill (Kelly). Forever remembered by nieces and nephews Candida (Randy), Travis, Corey (Kristina), Selena and Samantha. Life long best friend to Sandra Bisaillon.
David was incredibly resilient and faced his challenges head on. He lived life to the fullest and was courageous despite the many challenges he endured. He was a good friend and generous to everybody. He was steady, consistent and reliable.
The family would like to thank RN Amy S. and PSWs Sandra, Roxanne, Amy, Jocelyn, Alyssa, and Matt as well as the many others who assisted David over the years.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the Thessalon First Nation Community Centre, 40 Biish Road, on Friday, April 5, 2019 from 12pm until time of service on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 11am. The Giguere family will be receiving visitors at the Thessalon First Nation Community Hall on Friday, April 5, 2019 from 4pm til 9pm. Burial following funeral service. Leah Carson officiating. Feast at the Thessalon First Nation Community Hall following funeral services. Arrangements entrusted to Beggs Funeral Home www.beggsfh.com
