David Campbell April 6th 2019

It is with such sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David Campbell at age 84, he passed away in Langley Hospital on April 6th, 2019, with his family at his side. David is loved deeply by his wife Carol (married 51 years), son Troy (Ellen), son Todd (Christalenia), and grandchildren Taylor, Mikayla, Jayde, Ryken and Ty. As well as his sisters Glenna of Calgary, Alberta, and Bonnie (Greg) of Victoria, BC.
David was an active man his whole life, he worked as a “cowboy” on a ranch, truck driver, sheet metal worker, equipment operator, and heavy-duty mechanic. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed snow skiing, water skiing, camping, and especially fishing. But most of all he loved his family and his Lord Jesus Christ.
David truly had a servant’s heart, whether it was family, friends, or a total stranger he was always quick to offer a helping hand. He was an amazing husband, father, papa of all, and friend, we miss him terribly but because of Jesus we know we will see him again.
His celebration of life will be held on May 4th at 1pm at Southridge Church 22756 48 Ave, Langley, BC. Dave was always a “jeans kind of guy” so we are wearing our jeans for the celebration and you are invited to do the same if you would like.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to www.bcchf.ca in honour of Dave (an account has been set up in his name by Children’s Hospital.
You are invited to leave a personal message of condolence for the family.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of David Campbell April 6th 2019..
