Obituary for Cathy Velma Poliquin-Czeto
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Cathy on April 11, 2019. Lovingly surrounded by Claude and family. She will be sadly missed by Claude, Peter (Penny), Kathy (Mitch), and her brothers and sisters. Cathy was a wonderful loving Nana to Jackie, Daniel, Melanie, Natalie, Sara, Raina and Easton. She loved hearing funny jokes, always had a lovely smile and a great sense of humour. One of her greatest joys was her dog Paco. The family would like to express a deep appreciation for the AMAZING staff at St Peter’s Hospital 3rd Floor. A special thank you to Dr. Dean Zizzo and Dr. A. Taniguchi.
Cremation has taken place. Private family burial at a later date.
