Passed peacefully, at the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital, on Friday, April 26, 2019 at age 94. Beloved wife of the late Gilbert Hunter. Loving mother of Marilyn Shepherd (Bryan), Karen Hunter (Philip Kirby), Susan Clifford (the late Cameron), Jim Hunter (Nancy) and Bill Hunter. Proud grandmother of Jennifer (Jay), Chris, Dylan, Emily (Jason), Rachel, Brendan, Katherine, Alexander, Caroline, Suzanne & William. Great grandmother to Reese & Briar.
Dear sister of Dan Docherty, Jack Docherty, Thomas Docherty (Jean) and the late Louise McRae, Jim, William & George Docherty.
A memorial service will be held at St. James Anglican Church in Gravenhurst, on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 3:00 PM. Reception to follow at Cavill Funeral Home across the street.
Interment will take place at a later date, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto.
Donations can be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society, St. James Anglican Church in Gravenhurst or to the charity of your choice.
