With heavy hearts, the family of Carmelle Arseneault announces her passing, which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Saturday, April 20th, 2019. Carmelle was born in Allardville on June 17, 1940, to the late Telesphore and Linda Arseneault. She is survived by her son Bruce (Paula), brothers Tony, John (Judy), Ivan (Ronnie), and Henry (Colleen), sisters Brenda (Peter), Ida (Emilien), Doreen, Eileen (Steve) and Karen, grandchildren Melanie (Scot), Matthieu, Emily (Colin) and Lauren.
Along with her parents, Carmelle was pre-deceased by her daughters Maureen (Paul Emile), Rita, and Corrina, as well as sister Irene.
Carmelle’s family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to SJRH staff of 4B South, and to Doctors Turner and Carson for their excellent care.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitation on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The memorial service will be held from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday at 2pm. For those who wish, remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
