With sadness, we announce the passing of Bruno on April 27, 2019 at the age of 96 in his home surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of 70 years to Rosina. Cherished father of Frank (Mary) and Lisina (Domenic, predeceased). Proud nonno of Sammy, Tracey (David Szwez), Bruno, Robert, and Rosemary and great-grandfather of Luca and Laura. Bruno will forever be remembered by his brother and sister in-laws and his many nieces and nephews and their families. Visitations will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Monday April 29 from 6-9 p.m. and Tuesday April 30 from 2-4, 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Charles Borromeo Church (811 Lawrence Ave. W., at Dufferin St.) on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at Prospect Cemetery (1450 St. Clair Ave. W., east of Caledonia Rd.).
