Robert Beverly Aitken, of Mount Forest, passed away peacefully at the Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2019 in his 74th year. Dear brother of Eleanor Wride and brother-in-law of Carol Thornton. Remembered by his nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents Allan and Effie Aitken, his sister Eileen Thornton and her late husband Alan Thornton, his brother Ellis Aitken and his late wife Fern, and his brother-in-law Carl Wride. A funeral service celebrating Beverly’s life will be held at the England Funeral Home, Mount Forest on Thursday, April 25th at 11 a.m., with visitation being held prior to the service from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m. Interment at Maplewood Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Community Living Guelph Wellington or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
