Albertine M.’s Obituary
At 79 years of age, Mrs. Albertine Marie Coté passed away on April 11, 2019 at the Sacred Heart Community Health Centre in McLennan (AB).
Albertine was a devoted house wife. She worked hard raising their 6 children and helping on the farm. She loved gardening, cooking, sewing, playing cards (cheating sometimes!), reading Harlequin books, combining and receiving her family over for meals. She had a good sense of humor and was always ready to help others without expecting anything in return. She was a very special mom and “mémére”. She will be in our hearts forever.
She was predeceased by her husband Lucien, her mom and dad Gertrude & Louis Lavoie and her mother-in-law and father-in-law Marie & Zoël Côté.
She is survived by her children Raymond, Maurice, Laurette, François (Monique), Robert (Irene) and Denis; her grandchildren Adam, Ariane, Jamie and Jason and one great-grandchild Zoël; her sisters Rita (Gilles Duval), Odile (Gilles Tardif), Alma (late Cyrille Fournier), Irene (late Marcel Tardif), Marie (Jacques Richer), Blanche, Doris (Fred Plante) and many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law from the Côté’s family.
