C’est avec tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès tragique de madame Lou Ann De Fazio, retraité de la ville de Laval, au Service de la Police, survenu à Saint-Eustache, le 22 mars 2019, à l’âge de 58 ans.
Elle laisse dans le deuil ses parents feu Madeleine Laliberté et feu André De Fazio, son conjoint, Sylvain Renaud, plus spécialement sa tantes Lynda De Fazio et son cousin Normand Tremblay, ses cousins et cousines ainsi que plusieurs parents et amis.
La famille recevra les condoléances le vendredi 12 avril 2019, de 14h30 à 20h00 à la

Les funérailles seront célébrées le 12 Avril 2019 à 20h00 en la chapelle de la résidence funéraire Laval.
