On March 30, 2019 Mr. Frank Jean Marie Lawrence Large Jr. of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 36 years. He is survived by his loving daughter, Monique Cardinal of Edmonton; loving parents, Frank & Florence Large of Saddle Lake; brother, Steven Large of Saddle Lake; 3 sisters, Renee (Nick) Goreas of Princeton, B.C., Debbie Buffalo & Donita Large (Keith Callihoo) both of Edmonton; kokum, Florence Large-Yahowlinsky; numerous nieces & nephews, Avery, Ellery & Johnny Cardinal, Donivin & Cheyenne Large, Savannah, Tavis & Rave Large, Alexandra & Ashley Goreas, Hayden Large, Jordan, Julian, Jesse, Sam & Hayden Buffalo. He was predeceased by his mother, Marcie Large; maternal grandparents, Lawrence & Louisa Morin; paternal grandparents, Jean Marie & Louise Large; uncles, Wilfred (Mary) Large, Alex (Carol) Morin & Fred (Eliza) Eagletail; sister, Theresa Large; brother, Richard Goodeye; & special friends, Bradley Gladue, Levi Cardinal, Gabriel Shirt & Darren Large. A Wake will be held on Thursday (leaving Grace Gardens at 3:00 p.m.) & Friday, April 4 & 5 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 6 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. Father Fred Groleau OMI & Reverend Robert Wright will be officiating, with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
