It is with great sadness that the family of Hugh Joe announces his peaceful passing on Friday, April 5, 2019, surrounded by his family at the age of 98 years. Hugh is survived by his loving wife of 75 years, Betty. He is remembered by his five children, Randy (Karen), Greg, Barry (Kim), Marnie (Derek), and Stephen (Connie); four grandchildren, Jensen, Jasmin, Desiree (Dixon) and Geoffrey (Evelyn); and great-grandson, Xavier.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so Sunday, April 14 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Park Memorial Funeral Home, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton.
Funeral Service will take place on Monday, April 15 at 1:30 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel followed by interment in Beechmount Cemetery, 12420 – 104 Street, Edmonton. In lieu of flowers the family would encourage donations to be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Alberta in memory of Hugh Joe.
