It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Albert “Bud” Eles in his 87th years on Sudbury, April 7th, 2010 with his family by his side.
Beloved husband of Loretta “Anne” (Rumball) Eles of 64 years. Loving father of Ken (Becky), Michael (Gail), Tom (Lisa) and Lesley MacIsaac. Cherished grandfather of Jeff, Chris, Matthew, Ryan, Brianna, Jordan, Jamie, Jessica, Courtney, Emily and great grandfather to Mae Michelle.
The family would like to thank the fourth floor nursing staff who cared for dad during his time at Extendicare Falconbridge. He loved and lived life to the fullest cherishing family and many friends. Bud loved his sports, curling, golfing, hockey and baseball. He enjoyed his time spent at his island paradise on Lake Penage. He took pride in his backyard garden as his crop was always plentiful.
As an employee of INCO for 37 years, Bud generously took time to run the Copper Refinery Athletic Association for many years. He always had a contagious smile and made sure everyone around was looked after.
A celebration of his life will be held at the Sudbury Curling Club, 300 Wes Dr., Sudbury on Saturday, May 4th, 2019 where friends may gather from 1-5pm. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated.
