Peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay on Sunday afternoon, April 7, 2019 in her 71st year. Beloved wife and best friend of Lloyd Bowins for over 56 years. Loving mother of Dora (Barry Rogers), Tammie Chapeski, Bonnie (Rob Pafford) and Lloyd Jr. (Amanda). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Sherri, Mikey, Matty, Brittany, Josh, Casey, DJ, Ryan, Kassandra, Brian, Katrina, Samantha, Cole and by her great grandchildren Xander, Marilyn, Skylar, Madisson, Marley, Marianne, Carter, Kaylen, Dustin, Dillyn and Mason. Dear sister of fifteen brothers and sisters. Also lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Joyce was the ‘warden’ and matriarch of the family. She loved all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She would be one of the first to reach out and help in time of need.
Private Visitation & Memorial Service
A private visitation & Memorial Service will take place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Pioneer Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the COBOCONK COMMUNITY FUNERAL HOME 6644 Hwy. #35, Coboconk, Ontario (705) 454-3913.
