Wilfred’s Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Wilfred Park announce his passing on March 1, 2019 in Corner Brook, NL. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife of 51 years Maizie (née Baldwin), his daughter Tatyana and son Rodney (Jennifer). He also leaves to mourn a large circle of brothers and sisters, close friends Golda and Eldon Parsons, and other relatives and friends. Wilfred was predeceased by his father Henry, mother Mabel, father and mother-in-law Frank and Olive Baldwin, brothers Ross and Percy, sisters Barbara and Vivian, niece Rowena and sister-in-law Sadie. Wilfred worked as a power engineer at the College of the North Atlantic for 37 years. At Wilfred’s request cremation has taken place and there will be no formal visitation or service. Interment at Mount Patricia Cemetery will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
