Vyvien Carol Rogers Tuesday March 19th 2019

Rogers; Vyvien Carol –
November 16, 1931 – March 19, 2019
Longtime Employee of Goodyear Canada
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and peaceful passing of Vyvien at Bowmanville Hospital on March 19, 2019. Vyvien will be greatly missed by her adopted family. Left to mourn her passing are her lifetime friends Kay and David Samells. Aunt Vyv will be fondly remembered and missed by Art and Chris Kooy, Dan Kooy (Melissa), Megan and Andrew Kooy, Adam Kooy (Nicole), Tyler and Rachel Kooy, Keith, Bruce and Craig Harrison. She is remembered by her nephews Bradley and Stephen and niece Alexa and many great nieces and nephews.
Vyvien was a wonderful soul who greeted each day with a smile, humour and was always there to help Kay and David with anything they needed. The three amigos were well known throughout Bowmanville and did everything together. She enjoyed her luncheons with fellow Goodyear retirees.
We would like to thank Glenhill Strathaven for the loving care she received this past year.
Interment Riverside Cemetery, Napanee on Friday, March 29, 2019 at 2:00pm. A Celebration of her life will be held later in April, details will follow.
