Passed away peacefully at West Nipissing General Hospital on Tuesday, February 26, 2019. Born in March 19, 1932 in Temiscaming, Quebec, only child of Albina Desjardins and Eric Leacy. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Huguette (née Bourassa), sisters-in-law Yolande Johnston, Val Caron, Réjane Bourassa, Charlottetown, Marcelle Vachon, Penetanguishene, several nieces, nephews and special Godchild Denyse St. Onge. Cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on Saturday April 20th, 2019 at McGuinty Funeral Home (123 Railway St. Sturgeon Falls) at 11 am followed by a memorial gathering and reception.
