Laverne James Williamson, of RR#4 Mount Forest, passed away at his home on Thursday, March 7th, 2019 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Marg (nee Witherow) for 65 years. Loving father of Eileen and her late husband Ralph Holliday, and Dianne and her husband Bruce Leibold. Cherished grandfather of Alison and husband Mike Doucette, Meredith Holliday, Matthew Holliday and wife Tabitha, Graham Leibold and Randi Stanford-Leibold, Collin Leibold and fiancée Melissa Chao, and Kevin Leibold. Great-grandfather of Ryerson and Karson Doucette, Sutherland and Lakyn Holliday, and Ezekiel Stanford-Leibold. Predeceased by his brother Earl Williamson and by his sister Eleanor Walker. A private family service will be held. Spring interment at Cochrane Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Cancer Patient Services or Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
