89 years, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Hospice Residence. Beloved husband of the late Lucille (February 2019). Dear father of Karen Hillier (Jim), the late Kelly Jakob, Stephen Haas (Cindy), and Chris Haas. Loving grandpa of 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Predeceased by 2 brothers, Martin and Joe, and 2 sisters, Ann Augustine and Mary Riley (Bruce). Steve was a longtime employee at Leamington Sporting Goods. He was a Leamington Firefighter for over 35 years, retiring as a Captain. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home and Reception Centre, 14 Russell Street, Leamington (519-326-2631) on Monday 5-8 p.m. Memorial Service to celebrate Steve’s life at Reid Funeral Home and Reception Centre, 14 Russell Street, Leamington (519-326-2631) on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 11 a.m. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to Erie Shores Hospice or Hospice of Windsor.
