Glen “Ross” Sweetman
13 November 1928 – 3 March 2019
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ross. He lived a full and rewarding life and will be forever remembered by those lives he has touched. He leaves behind to mourn – his sister Marie Clarke, 4 children; Marilyn Kearn, Sharon (Don) Woodrow, Glen (Lynne) Sweetman, Brenda (Gerry) Clayton, 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and partner Judi Terrett. Ross was predeceased by his wife Margaret (née Doupe), his parents Gordon and Dale Sweetman, brothers Allan and Gary and grandson James. Ross was born in Lindsay, Ontario and grew up between Oakwood, Seagrave, Port Perry, Prince Albert and Lindsay. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, March 15th at the Royal Canadian Legion – Branch #67 (12 York Street, Lindsay) on 2:00p.m. If desired, a memorial donation to the R.C.L.
