BAIRD, Robert William November 17, 1955 – March 21, 2019 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Rob. Loving husband and best friend of Kathy, father of James (Meghan) and Alyssa Wallace (Tyler). “Pop-Pop” and best buddy to grandson Jackson Wallace. Brother to Gary (Joanne), Penny Gower, Susan Martin (Brent), Cindy (deceased) Feere (Mike), Stephen, and Craig (Theresa). Rob was a proud member I.U.O.E. Local 793. Memorial Reception to take place at Wartman Funeral Home – Napanee Chapel on Thursday, March 28, 2019 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
