On Tuesday, March 5, 2019 Mr. Robert “Butch” Panter passed away at the Wainwright Health Centre at the age of 76 years. He is survived by his loving family; his wife, Jean; two children, Brad (Christina Perry) Panter of Wainwright and Deanne (Cavan) McMullan of Calgary; four grandchildren, Justin Panter, Jessica (Jake) Schopfer , Colby McMullan, Cassidee McMullan; two great grandsons, Grady and Ryker Schopfer; sister, Janice (Elliot) Kerr of Sherwood Park, Alberta; brothers-in-law, Tom (Alvina)… Read More » Eaglesham of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Dan (Darlene) Eaglesham of Sherwood Park, Keith Eaglesham of Fort Saskatchewan; numerous nieces and nephews. His brother, Dick Panter of Mannville, Alberta, passed away just one hour following the passing of Butch. He was predeceased by his parents Jim and May Panter; father-in-law and mother-in-law Matthew and June Eaglesham; brother-in-law, Harold Eaglesham. A Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 2:00 PM from the Grace United Church, Wainwright with Reverend Ann Marie Nicklin officiating. Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta or to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
