Obituary for Ms. Rhea Louise Borland
(nee Weir) Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends, at Campbell House Hospice, Collingwood, ON, on Friday, March 8th, 2019, at the age of 69. Rhea, beloved daughter of the late Russell and Isobel Weir. Loving mother of Kelly Weir-Suter and her husband Ken Suter. Cherished gramma of Cole Jamieson, Erin Jamieson, Bj Suter and Steven Suter. Dear sister of Jim (Carol), Bill (Lorraine), Sandy (Norman), and sister-in-law Darlene. Predeceased by brother Laurie and sister Larraine. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends. Rhea retired from nursing at the General & Marine Hospital after many years of caring for others. She loved her family, many friends, travelling and had a passion for sports especially her favourites baseball and curling. The family would like to thank all the staff at Campbell House Hospice for the care given to Rhea and a special thank you to Doctor T. M. Quigg for his kindness and care that Rhea so appreciated. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring. Interment of ashes at Trinity United Cemetery Spring 2019. Donations would be appreciated to Hospice Georgian Triangle – Campbell House or the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital.
