On March 12, 2019, Perry Mah of Edmonton, passed away at the age of 60 years.
He is survived by his loving children, Cameron Mah, Kyle Mah, Conner Mah; mother, Libby; three siblings, Susan (King) Lee, Ted (Daisy) Mah, and Fred (Linda) Mah; nieces and nephews, Amanda, Jenna, Nicholas, Eric, and Ryan.
Perry was predeceased by his father, Jimmy Mah, in 2011.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 23, 2019, at 11:00 am at the Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home, 10011 114 Street, Edmonton. Cremation to take place following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Perry’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alberta Diabetes Research Foundation.
