KING, Norma Lewella-entered into rest at the Kawartha Lakes Extendicare in Lindsay on Monday, March 25, 2019. Norma (nee Palmer), in her 108th year, was the beloved wife of the late William Cecil King. Much loved mother of Anita and her husband Donald McLennan of Kirkfield, Pat and her husband Earl Brown of Oshawa and predeceased by her infant son William. Treasured grandmother of Tom McNaughton. Dear sister of George Palmer (Myrtle), Mildred (Robert) Jeffrey, Marjorie (Sherrif) Thompson and Patricia (Wilbert) Graham. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Lovingly remembered by Ashley (Al) Craine-Maloney. In keeping with Norma’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Stoddart Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 24 Mill Street, Lindsay K9V 2L1 (705-324-3205) on Saturday, June 15 from 1:00 P.M. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 2:00 P.M. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay. If desired, memorial donations to Extendicare Kawartha Lakes would be appreciated by the family.
