April 6, 1982 – March 8, 2019

Nicholas “Nick” Waine Levandier, husband of Melissa Myers and father to Madalyn “Maddy” Levandier, passed Friday, March 8th, 2019. Born on April 6th, 1982 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, he is the son of Douglas and Geralyn Levandier.

In addition to his parents, wife, and daughter, Nick will be deeply missed by his brothers, Joel Levandier (Tara) and Michael Levandier (Lindsay); grandmothers, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; in laws, Kenny and Brenda Myers; his dog, Stanley; and many friends. He was predeceased by his grandfathers.

Nick loved the outdoors and found joy fly-fishing, snow-shoeing, and being in the back country. Nick and his wife Melissa shared a passion for long wheeling trips throughout New Brunswick, hosting backyard gatherings, and building their dream home together. Nick could be counted on to make anyone laugh, but no one more than his daughter Maddy, who he teased relentlessly and loved with all his heart.

  1. Dear Family

I was most saddened to hear of Nick’s passing. It is a tragic loss. Even though I did not know him, I feel we would have been friends, connecting on our love of the outdoors.
My hope is that Nick is sitting on a rock somewhere, watching the sun rise to bring him a new day – everyday, no matter where he rests.

    Love Diane
