Passed away at home on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the age of 89. Beloved husband for 69 years to Margaret (nee Bonnin). Dear father of the late Patricia Sigler (survived by Leonard), Michael (Lilian), Elizabeth and David (David). Loving grandfather of Michell, Jennifer, Leonard, Todd and Samantha. Great-grandfather of Patrick, the late Alyssa, Mya, Forrest and Levon. Brother of Helen, Anna, Edith, Agnes and the late Thomas, Bernard, Theresa and Margaret. A celebration of Matty’s life will be held at the Midland Legion, 196 Queen Street on Sunday, March 31st from 1-3 p.m. If desired, memorial donations to the Midland Legion Raise the Roof Fund would be appreciated.
