Lynda May Cunningham Dupuis May 8 1944 March 1 2019 (age 74)

Lynda May Dupius (nee Cunningham)
Lynda was born May 8, 1944 in smith, Alberta and passed away at the Drumheller Care Centre on Friday, March 1st, 2019 at the age of 74 years. Lynda lived for many years in Grande Prairie where she met and married Romeo Dupuis in 1963. They were blessed with a daughter, Vicki Lynn, for a short time until Vicki passed away at the age of two. In 1987 Lynda and Romeo moved to Calgary and then in 1991, Drumheller. Although previously Lynda worked for many years in finance, in Drumheller she opened a gift store called This n’ That which she operated for a few years. Lynda loved the outdoors and spent many a weekend camping with Romeo. They especially enjoyed the Tow Lakes area in the mountains south of Grande Prairie, fishing or in the fall hunting. You would even find her riding on the back of Romeo’s Honda Goldwing.
Lynda is survived by her sister & brother-in-law, Lois & Dave Fenton, and sister & brother-in-law Pat & Duane Bumstead, niece Janet Plante (Pete) and nephew Barry Fenton (Penny) and their families.
Lynda was predeceased by her daughter Vicki, husband Romeo, and parents Dorothy & Tom Cunningham.
A Celebration of Life for the family will be held in the spring. Courtney-Winter’s Funeral Homes are in care of the arrangements.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Lynda May Cunningham Dupuis May 8 1944 March 1 2019 (age 74)..
