Leonard “Len” Henery Shelly
Saturday, November 25th, 1950 – Tuesday, March 5th, 2019
Peacefully, in Haliburton, Ontario, surrounded by the love of his family, Leonard “Len” Henry Shelly, formerly of Tillsonburg, passed away at the age of 68 years. Beloved husband and best friend of the Late Jean Shelly (2014). Proud and loving father of Kim Shelly, Lenny Shelly (Anita), Rene Shelly (Sandy), Patrick Chevalier (Christine) all of Niagara Falls, Amber Smith of Tillsonburg and Crystal Misener of London. Cherished grandpa of 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Lester Shelly of Pine Springs and Ruby Shelly of B.C. Predeceased by his parents Harvey and Sally (Lester) Shelly and brothers Larry, Lyle and Lloyd Shelly.
Friends and relatives are invited to gather for visitation at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Sunday, March 10, 2019 from 12 noon – 2:00 pm. The Memorial Service for Len will follow at 2:00 pm with Pastor Paul Robinson officiating. Private family inurnment will take place at the Tillsonburg Cemetery. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the Shelly family.
